Castings Machining
We undertake all types of castings machining including aluminium, iron, steel, bronze and alloys upto 500kg in weight.
Preparation
All components are cleaned and jigs prepared for machining operation. Datum points are established to ensure consistency of all over machining dimensions.
Balancing
All lathe castings are carefully balanced prior to turning in order to ensure full symetry and precision tolerances.
Engraving
Where required engraving or machined serial numbers can be incorporated for quality control and traceability.
