CNC Milling
We offer CNC milling of all materials up to a working envelope of 760 mm X, 510 mm Y, 640 mm Z with larger components catered for on our CNC turret mill.
Milling Center
Our milling center uses a Fanuc OM Control and also has Kitagawa 4th Axis Capability, more of which can be seen here. The mill is supported with a 500kg crane allowing us to work heavy jobs securely. With a full range of cutting tools, fluids and bench top inspection equipment we are able to produce medium to high volume batch work quickly with repeatable tolerances. The Leadwell MCV 760CR Machining Center offers a working area of 760 mm X, 510 mm Y, 640 mm Z.
Turret Mill
The XYZ KRV Pro 3000 CNC Turret Mill offers scope for larger components. The traverse is 813 mm X, 432 mm Y, 406 mm Z although with overhang much larger items can be worked. The Protrak offers cutting speeds of 70-3,600 rpm and a pivot head for 5 axis orientation (Head Tilt Front to Back: 40º-0-45º & Left to Right: 90º-90º).
Off Line Programming
All machines are programmable off line using CADLink. We operate two CADLink seats which allow programs to be sent directly to the CNC Mill.
