CNC Turning
We offer CNC turning of components upto Ø19" and 30" long and upto 500kg in weight. Equipped with a wide range of cutting tools we are suited to turning most materials including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, and copper.

We offer a full range of processes including:
- Turning
- Facing
- Boring
- Threading
Batch Size
Our capacity is suited to small to medium sized batch work. We do not have a minimum limit and are happy to carry out one off production work and prototype development.
Crane Capability
Our CNC lathe is supported with a 250kg crane for lifting large bar into place.
Off Line Programming
All machines are programmable off line using CADLink. We operate two CADLink seats which allow programs to be sent directly to the CNC Lathe.
Material Sourcing
Materials can be sourced from certified suppliers through our well established network of metal stockist's. We are also happy to work with free issue material.
