Keywaying
In 1997 we expanded our our internal keyway slotting capabilities and offer keywaying based on an original Pratt & Whitney 6" Vertical Shaper Model B. This machine offers fabulous accuracy and repeatability as well as consistent reliability.
Keyway Capacity
Our capacity allows us to cut Keyways from 2mm to 50mm in most materials including stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.
Table size is Ø24" indexable with 25" cross travel and 18" longitudinal travel. Ram travel across 1/2" to 12-1/2".
